The gated doors make me feel secure and the fact that most other residents are students makes the environment friendly and academic oriented.
Coming into my second year here I didnt know if these apartments were going to be good or not but i was pleasantly surprised when these apartments were actually very good and much better than others in the area.
its not a bad place to live, but the increasing rent over time is kind of off putting. The quality of the apartment is alright but with its high cost compared to other places, it does not make it the best option.
Pretty good since it comes furnished and all amenities are included with no caps. Maintenance has always been responsive and helped with issues we were having or provided a time frame that they would be there to fix it. The occasional washing machine or dryer won't work but if you tell the leasing office, they'll let you switch your stuff to another machine and they'll pay for your load to get done!
good for price and location. Cleanliness and the timeliness of work orders could be better. Overall ok place for a college student to live especially if you live at UCR
Its been alright honestly the maintenance time is good and efficient. The package receival is ok, and the free laundry on wednesday runs out quickly because Im usually in class that day. The amenities are alright as well.
I had applied topics in this location did the necessary papers and made the payment everything cleared then 2mo later it was updated and now creditors are mailing me papers demanding money for this facility in which I have not ever moved into period. I am not satisfied with the whole process and demand a full refund of the 135 dollars total I've given for fees not including the 745 dollars for a room within a unit being shared with 3 other occupants.
The experience here was awesome. I am a very clumsy person when it comes to keys/room card, so I always forgot about them. But the office was always able to help. Especially the staff on duty. I feel so bad for them for always have to wake up and help me open my door.
The apartments and community are nice and well prepared. I do wish there were some more services, like rental of cleaning supplies or an iron or similar.
I love the community. The rooms need a little work mostly in the bathroom area. The gym is great and I love to use it since no one else does.
The noise from outside is loud since were on a busy street and the freeway is nearby. I like that the apartments come furnished. I wish they did a better job matching us students with their roommates. Amentities and pool are small compared to the amount of people that live here. I wish washing and drying laundry was included in our rent price.
So far I’ve had no problems at the UVT! I enjoy my room and my roommates for the most part. I especially love the living area and how spacious it is
It’s convenient living at UVT, but there are some inconveniences. In my apartment, the sink is very leaky, even if it does get looked at. The construction that was happening by the UV lot was very loud and always woke me up at around 6AM.
I would say they do not try to, but they have pretty bad service. Most of the work request are done poorly, and they never changed furnitures for my room(it was already old when i first came)
I have not actually moved in yet, but I went to visit the University Village Towers recently to see what it looked like and how it would be when I do move in for the Fall. When I was there, our tour guide was very nice and the space was very nice. Overall it looks nice and a comfortable and inviting place to live and I look forward to moving in in the Fall.
It’s really nice living here. Love the events they hold and the people that live here. Staying here has been the best experience of my life getting know new people and making new friends. Wouldn’t change a thing.
University Village Towers is very convenient location wise and the rooms are great! However, they are expensive and the staff are not so easy to talk to. Most of them are rude and not always willing to work with you on a specific situation.
Nice place. Maintenance is always quick whenever there’s a problem. Love the parking. Love the gym. Enjoy the shuttle very much. It’s very convenient.
I think it's a really nice community. It is calm and if there's an issue it is easy to solve. It is also really close to campus so that's really good.
Location and amenities are really useful and the front desk staff are always helpful i feel great and safe with my apartment.
perfect for all students.
I’ve been living in these apartments for two years and it has been great. The people are nice and the rooms are very clean. I also love having the shutter and the movie theater.
convenient location, close to school. has own shuttle which is very convenient. leasing office staff are very nice. maintenance work is done fast
its okay. walls are not sound proof. hall way color is an ugly blue. no trash cans or recycle bins provided. needs ventilation in the trash room.
They've been really responsive and nice community! The price is really fair for what you get, and I love how parking is not an extra charge.
The uvt is a nice place with almost clean rooms, bathrooms and shared living room. The staff is friendly and helpful, even if it takes a lot of time to enjoy their services like the free laundry day.
Could have a more comfortable theatre room, and better parking security. Have better access points of entering. Also more accessable study rooms
So far everything’s been very good! When we request anything the response is quick. Overall it’s been a very good experience and a great place.
Overall, the experience has been fine. The gym is a bit small, but it serves its' function and is great when it's empty. The cyber center is good if you want to print things, and I like the study lounges. The shuttle to and from school is super convenient, as well (something I haven't seen other apartment buildings have). Regarding issues in terms of maintenance, staff has been fairly responsive when they arise. Only complaint is that roommates can be very....unclean.. and we never get a chance to sit down and talk about what's okay or establishing ground rules, which I feel is important.
kinda dirty, wall color is really ugly, idk who chose blue. kitchen needs update. there should be recycle bins. kinda sucks how there are only 2 elevators
There is a lot of construction around and it can be distruting sometimes. There is a community but it gets tend to be left behind because of how we already have our friend groups
High priced with a lot of problems. Sink in kitchen overflowed multiple times. Once in middle of the night and no one could be sent out to look at it until noon the next day sooo
The experience could have been much better I feel, the laundry machines are over priced and barely work, the management could be more responsive to the maintenance calls. It should not take a special visit with the community manager to get my room checked out because it has mold in it from rain water seeping in through the walls. There is a bed in my room whose frame is much longer than the bed it self and it extends into the walk way, but management refused to replace it even though they know it is a hazard. I paid 820$ every month for rent with a very bad living experience.
I’ve loved living in UVT and the convenience it holds with the location and other amenities they offer. The maintenance responds in a timely manner and are also convenient. Although there are small setbacks, such as testing fire alarms for the whole midterms week or strange roommates, UVT as a whole is a great community and I feel very safe and taken care of here.
So far so good. Have only been here for six weeks so too soon to tell but so far its going well. There's room for improvement but no major complaints.
This place is wack only one elevator and its on the other side of the complex. The key card system needs to be replaced i got locked out way to many times and had to get my card remagnetized also the number for on call staf should be posted near the gates incase of a lock out or emergency and finally i had awful roomates
I think this place is still the bees knees when it comes to living. I like the individual space you get as a resident. I only wish the internet was better.
I have not moved in yet but the staff at the leasing office has been very friendly and accommodating. The tour was also very nice and I’m excited to live here.
Seems good so far. cannot wait to move in, I really hope my halls good UVT seems cool let's wait and find out to see if it is good. It is located near UV
The stay at Univerity Village Towers was not bad. I like how close it is to school and how there is a plaza right next door. The only problem that I have with UVT is that the walls are super thin and the apartment isn’t at its best condition.
it can be better in its service. for example more security. a laundry room in each apartment. also better service from the workers from the front office.
Pretty decent. I love how fast the maintenance workers are. Only complaint would be that the key cards don’t work too often. The programs are nice but would be better if they were more organized.
This place is a good value for students. It is close to many places and offers good amenities to help students. The maintenance staff are helpful when there are problems and the office staff are also very helpful when students have questions or concerns.
The facility is nice and the process to get set up has been pretty seamless thus far. I am looking forward to living here this upcoming fall semester.
Staff is always so friendly and nice. The amenities are okay, small gym and outside pool area often slightly dirty. Rooms are okay and noise level is acceptable. Overall pleased with my experience here.
My experience has been good. Only minor issue but I enjoy all the place surrounding the apartment and some of the things they host. I do like how they are nice going into the office.
Very convenient to get to campus and many food options at the University village too. The price is not bad for the amenities that are provided.
well the most recent bad thing thats happened here was the whole break in thing i guess a bunch of cars on the 3rd floor of the parking lot got their windows smashed into i called the office abt it concerned bc thats usually where my car is parked and the student staff had no idea idek if management did anything abt it obvi its wasy for ur car to get vandalized since there are no cameras and dim lighting plus the elevators seem to be broken all the time and the security sleeps in their cars lol stay tuned for whats more to come!
I would give it a much higher rating if the gates were fixed. Homeless people walk in through the back gate and leave boxes and bags under the stairs.
My experience at my apartment has been pretty amazing. I haven’t had any major problem with my room and everything that comes along with the room is great. From the provided furniture to the parking space, I have enjoyed everything my apartment has to offer.
Close from school which is good.
Has a shuttle that runs around campus every 30 min. which is convenient especially when the weather is bad.
I like how UVT holds events such as movie or game or pizza night or breakfasts during finals week. I wish the system in correcting fire alarms or other necessities were more efficient though.
Overall okay experience don't have too many complaints. The maintenance people are nice. The building is a little old. Noise level is moderate. I like that you get a parking space.
Good location and I like having the shuttle, but UVT is still dirty and a lot of things don’t work. The staff used to be friendlier, they are less friendly now but they’re okay
dangerous, stolen items, no security, elevators broken in parking garage, oven not really hot, broiler chared, hallway smells, i did not have a pleasent time living here
The employees and everyone in the building are really nice, helpful, good people. I haven’t had a bad experience with anyone. The facilities however need a lot of work.
It's great living here, only dire problem is noise. Noise is a little tough since it's near the freeway and the fire department is nearby. The property is well kept and tidy.
University Towers has been nothing but great thus far. It is typically quiet and is near many food places and even within walking distance to UCR.
It was too expensive for the space that was provided. When I moved in I expected the place to be clean but was in a very poor manner, including the furniture, especially the microwave and the fridge. Requested for a new microwave since the old one had a metal burn on the inside but was rejected for a new one and have been using the metal burned microwave.
I overall really like my apartment! Its very convenient as a student with our own shuttle, distance from school, and UV right next to it.
Although, there are still some issues. For one, the doors and gates always seem to have some malfunction. Sometimes, the key cards don't work or they just don't close completely.
Not too bad for the price. There's a lot of minor damages that occur throughout the year. Elevators are always broken though. Staff is friendly.
Best experience so far. Very clean, staff is very helpful. Distance from school is not so far and the shuttle is convenient when it is hot or raining.
The community experience at University village towers, riverside has been pretty average from what I thinkof a community, but the recent fire alarm tests have proven EXTREMELY annoying
My experience at UVT has been great! It's close to campus, thr rent holds the greatest value for your money with unlimited utilities being included in your rent, there's a bus stop right in front of the apartment, and UVT also has a shuttle that drives us to and from our classes :)
My only critique would be the lack of lights already installed in your room-but compared to the pros, the one con is not that bad.
Shuttle is a great service provided! Work orders are also dealt with very quickly. I also enjoy having study rooms that also provide printing options.
All good in the hood everything that should is what I would do. I hang out here with my crew. We like to sip on large stew and drink some Mountain Dew.
I don't know if you can call it a paradox. It's labeled as Ronald Opus on Wikipedia - On March 23, 1994, a medical examiner viewed the body of Ronald Opus and concluded that he died from a gunshot wound of the head caused by a shotgun. Investigation to that point had revealed that the decedent had jumped from the top of a ten-story building with the intent to commit suicide. (He left a note indicating his despondency.) As he passed the 9th floor on the way down, his life was interrupted by a shotgun blast through a window, killing him instantly. Neither the shooter nor the decedent was aware that a safety net had been erected at the 8th floor level to protect some window washers, and that the decedent would most likely not have been able to complete his intent to commit suicide because of this.Ordinarily, a person who starts into motion the events with a suicide intent ultimately commits suicide even though the mechanism might be not what they intended. That he was shot on the way to certain death nine stories below probably would not change his mode of death from suicide to homicide, but the fact that his suicide intent would not have been achieved under any circumstance caused the medical examiner to feel that he had homicide on his hands.Further investigation led to the discovery that the room on the 9th floor from whence the shotgun blast emanated was occupied by an elderly man and his wife. He was threatening her with the shotgun because of an interspousal spat and became so upset that he could not hold the shotgun straight. Therefore, when he pulled the trigger, he completely missed his wife, and the pellets went through the window, striking the decedent. When one intends to kill subject A but kills subject B in the attempt, one is guilty of the murder of subject B. The old man was confronted with this conclusion, but both he and his wife were adamant in stating that neither knew that the shotgun was loaded. It was the longtime habit of the old man to threaten his wife with an unloaded shotgun. He had no intent to murder her; therefore, the killing of the decedent appeared then to be accident. That is, the gun had been accidentally loaded. But further investigation turned up a witness that their son was seen loading the shotgun approximately six weeks prior to the fatal accident. That investigation showed that the mother (the old lady) had cut off her son's financial support, and her son, knowing the propensity of his father to use the shotgun threateningly, loaded the gun with the expectation that the father would shoot his mother. The case now becomes one of murder on the part of the son for the death of Ronald Opus. Now comes the exquisite twist. Further investigation revealed that the son, Ronald Opus himself, had become increasingly despondent over the failure of his attempt to get his mother murdered. This led him to jump off the ten-story building on March 23, only to be killed by a shotgun blast through a 9th story window. The medical examiner closed the case as a suicide.
Living at UVT was nice. I love how close it is to school. Living there again next year. The staff is helpful when you need questions answered about your lease or your card stops working or anything.
Shuttle is great and I love the little events they hold in the office. Free laundry wednesday is awesome. However, management is not the best.
University Village Towers is very close to campus, less than 15 minutes and convenient. Their study lounge is very useful when studying in groups.
I love staying at UVT. The community staff is amazing and the apartment amenities are just what I needed. There is a little noise due to nearby freeway but the place is great!
I think I had a great time here my first year and can’t wait to do the same thing again next year. The staff is great and the area is always kept clean.
Decent apartment, noise level is nice and quiet, residents are respectful, location is a very nice proximity to campus. There is a minor bug problem on the lower levels but aside from that it's a nice place to live, and compared to some of the UCR campus apartments, it's much better in comparison (as I've seen from friends who live in Falkirk and Stonehaven)
Clean and not bad, for some reason my thermostat is on auto so it’s always really hot or cold and can’t change it. Maintenance staff is attentive and I feel safe.
I’ve really enjoyed my time here at the uvt. Everything from my room to transportation is great. My only complaint would be that everything breaks down to often, such as the elevators.
For being in college, UVT is by far one of the best residential communities. Including a fitness center, pool area, gaming room, movie theater; it's more than what's expected.
The perks of living at UVT make life so much easier as a student going to UCR. The staff is friendly and responsive to any concerns you might have. The shuttle is very convenient as well and the apartments itself are quiet. The neighborhood, however, is something to look out for.
great shuttle service makes it easier and faster to get to school, apartments are. close to school even if shuttle isn’t used. Free laundry on Wednesdays
My experience the past 3 months have been great! I'm definitely glad I chose this place! The location and size is cozy and comforting and the perks are awesome!
All the staff has been extremely nice and caring so far. They are very quick to work on work orders as well. Besides that, sometimes the elevator is broken and the doors are shut. It can be an inconvenience but it is not too bad overall.
For the most part, the community is good. Close to campus, relatively efficient staff, good environment feeling. I’ve gotten sick more time than ever living here, so it takes an adjustment.
I really like living here, it's a reasonable distance from campus and I've made this place my first true home. Is it imperfect, yes, but for college housing I'll say it's fine
Great quiet place, wish internet was better. I've never had a problem here at UVT because my room is a great place to be and I've had no problems with insects just like my previous dorms
All the staff here are really nice and I love how attentive they are to the work orders that you submit. They take care of problems very quickly.
Living here at the UVT has been a great experience! Having plenty of amenities, a furnished apartment, and a shuttle to take us to and from campus makes life so much easier.
Great price for all that comes with it. Great location, helpful staff, willing to make sure everything is great and that my experience as a resident is comfortable
I love living here at the university village towers. The location is great because it is close to campus and all of the amenities make living here even better.
Staff is helpful. Maintenance is quickly responsive. Although it is next to the freeway, I can't hear a thing. Convenient parking. Convenient location as well.
it is great living here, I really enjoy the calmness and the atmosphere. I also love the location it is in. Everything is super close especially campus
Overall Satisfactory, though there are some small annoyances such as keycard malfunctions, furniture scratches, and sewage/drain issues, but management has been very helpful in solving them. No significant flaw.
I like that the apartments are so close to campus and that they offer a shuttle to take you. I also like that utilities are included and that I feel comfortable living here
I love it! Everything works and is super nice. Getting packages is as easy as ever and the people at the front desk couldnt’t be nicer. Definitely recommend living here.
It aight just some things could be nicer. The pool could be bigger but eh no one goes it in anyways. The study rooms do not open with our key cards.
The UV Towers is in a great area, all my classes are very closeby and so are places of leisure, such as the theater and food places. My only complaint would be the constant traffic flow right outside my window, as it can get very loud. Besides that, it’s great
Not a bad place to live, the location is convenient the staff is extremely nice. The only gripe i have is the continuing rising price. Most of the people here are college students who cant afford much. The reason I will be leaving is because of that.
Good environment to be living in with good people maintenance works well when we have issues leasing office is open when needed and are glad to help
Friendly environment, kind workers at the leasing office. When things are broken, maintenance will usually fix it in a day. A lot of access to things. Love the shuttle!
My resident experience has been overall great. I just feel like there’s a lack of community within the building as opposed to the on campus apartments
The elevators are lowkey a little sketchy, and weird fire alarms sometimes, but other than that it's pretty nice living here. The view is great from the 8th floor.
Living here is very efficient. Shuttle comes at the hours of 8a-7pm. The apartment itself is not as spacious as other places, but is comfortable and slightly sound proof.
Its really nice, I just wish it was cleaner. It would also be nice if the front gate actually closed some times since random people walk in all the time.
Friendly environment, very close to campus walking is easy but shuttle bus is also very convenient with times in order to get to classes on campus in the morning.
So far, everything at UVT has been amazing. The maitence workers are very reliable and the front office is always so welcoming and nice. They are very accommodating and don’t hesitate to answer questions or help.
I really like how big the rooms are. Also, the shuttle is a nice addition since parking on campus is a nightmare. I also like how parking is included!
The community is wonderful and the staff is helpful. I don't like the fact that the rooms have no lights and parking is a bit of a hassle. The walls are pretty thin too so if I want to go to sleep I would have to sleep with earbuds in or else the noise would be too loud for me. The ethernet is great however the wifi can get pretty bad sometimes.
Everything is fine because I really enjoy my roomates. However, I never see any of my neighbors but there is not much I can do about it. The staff may be sarcastic sometimes but they do their job. And the fire alarm goes off everytime we cook.
The apartments are a decent place to live. It is like living in the dorms again. I would recommend to live here for a cheap and decent place to live.
The shuttle is amazing but the times are a bit weird. Location is great. However, we have had to call maintenance more than 10 times after 4 weeks in
I just moved here this year and already love it. The office staff is very friendly. I like how close I am located to campus and that we have a convienent shuttle.
rise of fake Amazon reviews — and how to spot them
Customer reviews were supposed to be one of the internet’s greatest breakthroughs. They let you know if a product was any good before you spent money on it. Sites like Amazon, Yelp, TripAdvisor, Uber, Lyft, and Airbnb built their successes on the trust created by those review systems.
But these days, that trust is getting shaky.
How bad is the problem?
Here’s the thing: The review system is essential to trust — and to Amazon’s business model. After all, if you’re an online-only store, your customers can’t touch and examine your wares. All they have to go on are reviews from other customers.
But here’s the other thing: If you’re a desperate, obscure company, those reviews are your only hope of generating sales. Highly rated products appear first in Amazon’s search results, so getting your product listed at the top means big money. Gaming the system becomes very appealing.
“Anyone with a brain can see that there are a lot of problems,” says Saoud Khalifah founder of FakeSpot.com. (FakeSpot is a site whose algorithms help you weed out fake reviews from Amazon — or Yelp, or TripAdvisor, or the Apple app store; more on this below.)
“I would estimate right now, across all categories, around 30% are fake reviews,” Khalifah says. “Of the Chinese no-name companies, I’d say 95% of them are fake reviews.”
For its part, Amazon says that figure is overblown. “Inauthentic reviews made up less than 1% of all reviews on Amazon last month,” a spokesperson told me by email.
Living here is great. I really love how my rent includes an unlimited cap on utilities and I love how there is a shuttle that takes me to school and back to the apartment.
It’s Okay minor problems with key card not working and I like being real close to the university. Parking is alright and I like being new to all the food places
I would give this place 5 stars only if the rooms were bigger. Great staff. Friendly! Always ready to help with everything. I owe a special thanks to all maintenance for all their help!
Living here has been great! The staff is super friendly and helpful. All public areas are always well maintained and clean. It has been an enjoyable experience!
The community is great. No complains, but I would like to suggest some sort of escort service provided to students to their cars at night since the lot is big and can get very dark at night
It's my first year here at UVT, and I absolutely love the convenience of it (as expensive as it is). The staff are very friendly and accommodating to your urgent needs. My favorite part is the shuttle, which takes you to all the right places at convenient times, although I wish it ran till 8pm instead of 7pm. Regardless, there are much more positive to say than negative about living here and I would absolutely recommend it to anyone else.
The UV towers is great living option because of their friendly and fast service. Maintenance request are fixed very quickly and with a high satisfaction rate.
good location but apartment was not in good condition upon arrival. several things broken but overall good. rooms are very spacious and windows bright. wish there were lights in the room itself.
Last year my main issues was my roomates. I wish there was a way to put a complain about them through the obline portal. But everything else was really nice! I also wished the printer downstairs didnt have that many issues.
When I first got my room, it was clear UVT hadn't honored what I'd put in my questionnaire for roommate matching. I'm severely allergic to animals (something I'd pointed out in my form) and my roommates had PETS. To make matters worse, the room I got looked nothing like the model's layout. I was very angry, and prepared to break off my lease-even if finding a place so late would be close to impossible. However, UVT called me back and said they'd found a room for me. Went back and checked it out; it was much better. Been living here close to 3 weeks, and liking things so far. Not much in the way of community events so far, but it hasn't been long since I moved in, so who knows? One thing that's a bit annoying though : the key cards. They need to get re-magnetized pretty often, and if it's nighttime and the office is closed... you have to call someone down and I don't like that. Shuttle is good, just wish it ran earlier that 8am
The apartments are so close to ucr and on top of that there’s a shuttle that’s very convenient on hot days! Gets you to school and back home quick!
There are sometimes strange unidentifiable odors from the apartment next door when I exit my place. On the bright side, all staff members downstairs are very welcoming and helpful!
Super convenient, helpful and caring staff. Although some apartments might need some maintenance and fixing it is still a good apartment building. The shuttle to campus was a great touch
Living here for the first week has been exponential. There are so many facilities here and the roommates I was paired with are great. The location is great since it is so close to school.
I like how UVT is located at the University Village where there is a lot of activities and restaurants. I also like the amenities provided..
I love it here at the UVT. It's really convenient being so close to campus. They're really accommodating make living on your own hassle free. Especially when they are quick with repairs!
I'm happy I was able to live with the residents I chose as well as the level. When we first moved in, many things like furniture or doors needed repair, but maintenance was quick to solve any issues so thank you!
The rooms are pretty comfortable and it is a very convenient walking distance to school, there's even a shuttle if you don't want to walk to school if its too hot or raining.
I enjoy living at the University Village Towers very much. The staff is very helpful and friendly after hours. I recently got locked out of my apartment and they quickly resolved my issue!!!
I think the environment here is very good, the apartment is also very sensitive, and the staff are very enthusiastic. I also like the roommates here.
Overall the towers I really do like. I love my apartment's design and the peace I feel in my own room. The only major complaints I have is that my balcony is filthy, the free laundry service has a lot of catches to it, and returning home during late night is a risk for the lack of security
When I moved in, the apartment was clean, the furniture was in alright shape, (stuff had scratches or stains, but nothing too serious), and the staff was professional yet casual enough to make me feel at home. I got locked out once because my keycard wouldn't work, and I was able to reach someone immediately to resolve it. Overall, I've had a good experience so far :)
The apartment is pretty good and the view from my room is just amazing! It’s a great apartment for the rent I pay. The only problem one can find is the noise but if you keep the windows closed it won’t matter much.
Overall a pretty good living place, however a lot of things are broken and still haven’t been fixed such has a bath tub, two chairs, and a door lock
So far the rooms are really comfortable, the noise isn't too loud and the things that came with my room are really nice! Wish the Common area was a little cleaner and the parking structure felt more secure.
I enjoy staying at UV Towers, but my only complaint is that my key card doesn’t work most of the time. I will come in to get it re-magnetized and the first time I use it, it will go through, but after that I will have to come in again. The staff said there was a chance it could demagnatize from being near phones or something, but I kept it in my purse or just near my phone (not behind the case or anything), and if it is that easy to demagnatize the card, I feel it should be mentioned to the residents.
The staff here was extremely welcoming. At the leasing office, a member stopped his lunch to help my family when there was a long line. Along with that, when we reached my apartment and saw that the bathroom hadn't been cleaned, they sent a maintenance worker to clean it right away and she even left me her number just in case I needed more assistance.
Everyone I live with is very sweet and I have had no major complaints besides the fact that when I moved in one of the roommates were already living there as the apartment was very dirty.
While I have only lived here for about a week, I must say the place is alright. I livd in the townhouse style apartment and the room design is very strange.
All people here are very kind and friendly. The roommate will come to help you at the first time and they obey the rules and regulations so that could live so happily.
a little loud next to the street and i wish they kept maintenance on the computer lab, the printer doesnt work 7/10 i go there. overall its ok for the price
Maintenance is quick to respond. Staff is friendly. Love the free laundry on wednesday and the shuttle. Includes all utilities. Convenient location.
The staff is always very helpful. They help me every time I go to the office with a question . This is a place that I enjoy to live during college.
Love it! It is such a convient place to reside at. The works and management team are positive and wonderful people. I love the shuttle service, so convenient!
The staff are very responsive and it has been a pleasure working out my lease with them. I hope this year will be a good one at the University Village Towers!
Nice Experience in UV Towers. I'd recommend this apartment to my friends.
- Clean Room. I've never seen even a single bug in my room. No Spiders, No Roaches at all.
- Fully furnished. Don't need to bring your own bed and desk.
- Quick and nice Maintanence. You can call maintenance online, and they come help in within a day.
- Many social events. I've not joined the community a lot, but there are many things you can enjoy if you like to hang out.
- Very cool and warm room temperature. You can control your AC system, even though it is a single apartment-wide, meaning you share the same AC system with your apartment mates(2~4 people).
- Spa, fitness, and playing facilities. They exist. If you like those stuff to hang out with your friends, you can try these together.
- Parking Lot. If you have your car, large and safe parking lot is there.
- Relatively cheap rent compared to the other apartments nearby.
- Noisy outside. Because the building is next to freeway, it's quite noisy if your room is facing north.
- Also, your room is dark if your room faces north.
- Poor laundry facility. It's very hot inside, and laundry machines are dirty and not really satisfying.
Living at University village towers is awesome. The amenities are amazing. Staff is very easy to deal with. The rooms are also very nice and great to live in.
there are some things that need to be fixed because they are broken for long periods of time. overall uvt is a convenient place to live at, especially because of the shuttling onto campus
Living at UVT is very convenient. The shuttle service gets me to class on time, and the amenities are exceptional. One thing I would have a problem with is the office customer service.
UVT provides convenience and quality for what myself and other students look for. We are right next to the UV shopping center and UVT has the shuttle service that takes you to and from UCR. It definitely beats walking in the riverside heat.
These apartments are great place to live. The shuttle bus is so convenient! Also the distance from school is not bad. Able to arrive in less than ten minutes!
When you have a question you could just ask in the front desk and they will help you. If you need something fix they will come and repair it extreamly fast.
So far I really enjoyed living here. I appreciate all the resources provided by the apartments and sufficient amount of space they allow their residents.
Close to campus and very convenient to live at. My only concern is safety concerns and privacy around the surrounding area. It is also a bit noisy being so close to one if the main streets.
I wish the shuttle service would start at 7:30 am for those who start class at 8 am, other than that the staff is great andI love living here !
This experience living here is awesome. I love the way they mix in all cultures so that we can all feel as though we are one and that’s something that all apartments on college campuses should have
Great community and nice staff. Maintenance and problem solving could be quicker but overall great experience. Cable does not work but hopefully this problem will be resolved.
shuttle bus is very convenient staff is friendly and there to serve with your needs or any problems you’ve encountered! also enjoy the movie room
It has been the best, our staff are very friendly and very approachable. I love my roomates! I have been living here for 2 years already and I am glad I chose this place.
Very friendly staff and maintaince crew. The shuttle is a major advantage that saves me time and money on transportation. All utilities are paid for and provide more stability in managing my monthly budget.
I’ve been enjoying my time here. Being close to campus it’s really been nice o no have to walk far just to get to class especially the days when it’s hot.
Great Location, very helpful staff, and good roommates. Service is excellent. Offers a quiet, peaceful, and comfortable environment. There is no noise problem at all
The residents experience living in Unveristy Village Towers is actually pretty good. I feel safe and convenient. Having the reception to help with receiving packages and the shuttle to school is really helpful.
My experience has been the best here. The office has always been attentive to my needs with the best customer service. The room is just enough for what I need for school. Everything is included and the amenities are more than what I need.
University Village Towers is an amazing place to live in, although with still a few kinks to fix, this place is an overall convenient place to stay when attending nearby schools.
The shuttle service to school is a great idea. It'd be cool if it had point to point service. It's been a good place to live this last year.
Staff is really friendly. Maintenance usually comes by the next day after you placed your work order. Having a shuttle is very convenient. Uvt is close enough to walk to school.
It's been great. The best thing by far is that we are the only apartment housing for students that offers a shuttle. Free laundry wednesdays are a bonus too. Staff is nice and friendly and although they make some time with requests, they are overall efficient.
I enjoy living here at UV Towers, it is very different and I love how close it is my school and then the shuttle service is just a wonderful bonus.
Good experience over all. They always notify you when they're doing something to the apartments. They have been patient with all my questions.
Very quick to fix issues and helpful staff. The only problem I have seen so far is that sometimes the laundry machines break and then eat your money but the community is amazing besides that issue
It has been the best experience living here. I look forward into meeting new people and attendibg new events. The staff here are very friendly, I love my roomates!
It's not what I expected. I expected to know at least one person who lives in the building but instead I do not know anyone nor my neighbors.
Good place, their fire alarm testing can be annoying at times... the bus ride is great but starts at 8am. I wish it could start at 7 for those who have class at 8am.
It is a nice apartment complex with a great location by the university and great workers. The shuttle system is a great addition to the apartment that i think is unique and not accessible by other apartment complexes.
great area to live in and the staff is great to help you to improve the quality of living at the University Towers. great benefits as well to help settle in
UVT is a very friendly community. The best part about the apartment is the shuttle system. The shuttle is a life saver when the weather gets to about 90 degrees here.
Its a nice place to live since its close to campus. Maintenance is quick to fix things. And there is no limit to utilities. The staff is also very friendly.
Pretty good. Clean and very convenient. Shuttle feature is the best. Don't need to worry about finding parking at school. Free parking at uvt structure too.
It's not a bad place to live. It's nice to have your own bathroom and the rooms are nicely suited for one person. The only problem that I have is that sometimes I can hear people running on the floor above me.
I think the community is very nice. Everyone in the office is extremely helpful. I love all the amenities that come with living here. Enjoyable
Honestly I have no complaints as to how my time at UVT has been. I enjoy having my own room and bathroom, and no bugs to worry about. The kitchen is perfectly good and I love my roommates.
Everything is clean. I really appreciate the friendly service I receiver every time I am up in the front office. Whether it is to print or pick up a package, I love the front office.
The community gives quick responses to any issues. The convenience of location is great. But the room wasn't given in best condition. The shuttle provides quick access to campus.
Living conditions are ok but not very well maintained. Locks break easily. Expensive for its quality but decent location (close to UV and campus).
So many car alarms, the police sirens are fine/distant but weekly, sometimes there's noise on the weekends from our neighbors downstairs with a party, so many poor/homeless/solicitors in the area, not a good neighborhood
Apartment is cheap and has a great shuttle that takes you places. Only problem is a lot of the employees are very rude and seem dismissive of residents. Not too big of a deal but definitely made me put more thought into whether or not I should renew
Location is nice, but when it rains water comes into my room. The people working here are nice though. The reminders and updates sent through text are very helpful.
You are going well, but I still miss some cool activities during the week. Movie plans, parties, games...etc. Also, I would like to say that I miss a lamp in my room.
The maintainance is good but quality of some of the things I'm the apartment is bad. No noise from highway inside apartment. It is convenient for 6 friends .
I just signed a lease for next year so I'm not really sure but the process was quick and easy so thanks for that because I bought it would be way more stressful!
Sean Andrew D.
Great service. Always let's me know when rent is due or if anything is wrong so it can be fixed as soon as possible. So many great things are provided with the lease.
It's a nice place to live with not much going on. I have a nice view, it comes with a couch, tables and a fridge with utilities included which is nice because it's something less I have to worry about it. Some of the things need to be replaced or should be taken out but for the most part it's nice.
Overall I think my experience has been pretty good. I have had a good response time to my work orders, packages are easy to pick up, my roomates are cool and it's really close to campus so I don't have to drive and pay for parking.
I think the UVT is a great location for students who do not have a car, its close to campus and the shuttle is a bonus. I do not think the pricing is fair, but it is what it is.
I love my assigned roommates and enjoy the space and the community around me! It was a great decision to move out to University Village Towers Riverside.
It's been a lot of fun living here so far and all my friends who visit say that I have it so good here at UVT! I also love that the UV is right downstairs and provides entertainment and great food. The short walk to UCR is amazing too.
Apartment is great. You get a shuttle monday through friday, and it is a life saver for me. Barely had to walk to school at all this week, and the staff is really friendly.
I have been enjoying my stay so far. I think it has been convienient for me because there is a lot of food places nearby and even some stores. The shuttle is of great use to me as well!
I love living at UVT. I think that we have so many great amenities and the apartment is great. I love the uncapped utilities and WiFi and everything. I recommend it to tons of people all the time
I love living here. The apartments are really nice and spacious. Room is a bit small but great for one person. The UV Towers has many features as well: free laundry on Wednesdays, free printing, free shuttles, free parking, games room, movie theatre, etc. It is also really close to the university as well as all the near by food places and movie theaters. Only problem is that it is very noisy with the freeway and the free parking spot they give me is on the 5th floor (second to last floor)...
Such a great apartment building to live in. The area is really nice and I am happy that it is only ten minutes away from campus! Saving gas :)
HOw is the laundry machine already broken during week 1? Don't tell us to go call to get it fixed, it's your job. Most of the staff are unwelcoming and overall bad customer service.
After living at the University Village Tawers for one year, I believe that it is a normal place to live in, but after renewing my contract for another year, the quality level became worse.
It's very noisy due to the freeway and the staff don't appear too friendly. The whole complex seems old and dim. I wish the offices and apartments looked brighter and were better decorated as to appear more welcoming. The area lacks adequate security. Appliances, counters, and bathroom installments all appear old and many stains are rusted or stained. The apartments could definitely be renovated to appear more modern.
So far so good. Although, I wish there was a handbook to give information on the shuttle, usage of the rooms, and just other useful information.
Rooms are cool, bathrooms are okay, kitchen is okay, service is awesome, living room is cool, I love that I have a full bed too, that's my fave part
Great so far. happy with my decision. I am excited to meet new people and get along with every one. I am excited to live and get to know my roommates and get to know everyone.
Moved in today and there was a lot of things wrong with my apartment :( however, my place is huge and I love how spacious it is! Staff is also so nice!
Move in day was a great experience for my family and me. Everything was smooth and there was not much of a wait with each station. The only issue I had was the lack of carts to help push my stuff around. Other than that, everything was well organized.
The rent is too high but overall the quality is good. Needs to lower prices to make it beneficial for the students which are the targeted renters, who have enough to pay with school.
So far have had a great experience with the staff when I contacted them. Whenever I had a question or concern about my me apartment they were always there to help.
Good interface, responsive. Although, I'd like to see more use of community interaction between other rewards members as a possible way for forming more enthusiasm
I am quite excited to move into my new apartment. Based on the apartments surrounding Univeristy Village Towers, University Village Towers is the best bang for your buck in my opinion
I love the UVT and I haven't even started living there yet.
I love the fact that they constantly keep in touch with their residents and that they will do anything to assist those in need.
So far so good. Roommate feature comes really handy and efficiently if you want to reserve with someone you know. Insurance required ahead of time for good prices.
The Univision village towers is convenient to live in, especially those who do not want to live on campus. The price is decent and the location is great.
Decided to live here my junior year and will continue with next year. No problems and the staff is quick and nice. House tenants are nice and quiet.
All of my stuff is broken like the fridge. Jesus take the wheel because literally all of my stuff is broken like the fridge. Last week I got robbed.
I think that the apartment complex is actually a nice place to live. The furniture really isn't comfortable but the amenities that they have are really convenient
I like the amennities offered at UV Towers and how it is one fee inclusive to all utilities so you don't have to worry about it especially for water.
Nice place to luve. Decent Amenities like gym and pool. But unhappy with the dining table, chairs and desk used. The bus is also a useful amenity nooe that it is bigger.
It's a blhorioencomjnty. The fact that the place is not the best social place to meet friends and all that. Trash area smells so bad. I puke EVERYTIME I throw trash
Nice place and everything is near for you.
I like theater in that building and I like every event the office shearing with resident.
I think everyone here like building.
good. this place is alright. nothing stellar. the rent went up without any notice. this was quite a shock, but there is a shittle service so i guess its alright.
I love it here at the UV Towers, the staff is very friendly, and the apartments are nicely furnished. You have everything you need at UV Towers, even a gym and computer lab that come in handy.
I really love this place. The shuttle is awesome and I even enjoy movie nights. Oh and there is free laundry too. Just wish it was cheaper :(
Shuttle that takes you to and from campus, free laundry on Wednesdays, large bed, own bathroom, spacious room, has community programs, efficient mailing system
Nice environment. Calm and uiet yet still very social. The staff is friendly and helpful. Upgraded transportation and package notification system. Renewing for next year
Response to email questions are really slow but otherwise ok. The quality of the room and services are decent; the staff are generally helpful too
I love this place! Honestly I don't have anything to complain about, so I'll leave this here as a compliment.
Oh, also, while I'm not fond of Riverside itself, UVT has provided an excellent place to live in. A fun place I can call my own (ish) :)
The living here is comfortable. I really enjoy the quiet environment. It also includes utilities and internet services, which make the rent completely worth its price.
I like how I have my own parking spot. I appreciate that the computer lab now has more computers and printing. However, they still haven't fixed the parking structure elevator. As of right now you can't select the 5th floor on one of them and that's the floor I'm parked on. Can be a pain to have to use the stairs when carrying luggage.
love living here ! Such a great opportunity to be apart of a wonderful community ! Since move in day it has been nothing but totally fun. I'm glad I moved away from home to go to college.
Maintenance takes a while to go through. 6 people stuck with tiny refrigerator. The only reason I'd consider staying for another year would be how close UVT is to UCR.
This place is a great place to live if you are trying to adjust from the dorms to living on your own. You have your privacy and still be in the company of your friends
My experience the past 3 months have been great! I'm definitely glad I chose this place! The location and size is cozy and comforting and the perks are awesome!
University village towers riverside is a great community for students want to live off campus. It offers almost everything you will need in living.
Nice ammenities, but room has some issues. My window has no screen and the washing machine has stopped working and has not yet been repaired
Good community and big appartments. It is the best appartement for its location (close to the campus and very affortable compare to the others appartments)
Living at University Village Towers has been a great experience. The services, the people, and the environment are all amazing. The fact that it's close to UCR helps a lot as well.
Going off to college for the first time has been a drastic and life changing experience, however living at university village towers has made my transition so much easier. The location of this apartment is about 15 minutes from campus and there are many wonderful amenities. I haven't had a single problem so far and would definitely recommend living here to a friend!
Pretty great place to live! Wish maintenance actually came when you needed them though. Other than that, everything is readily available and a convenient distance from school and other eating places.
Staying at the UVT has been an enjoyable experience for the most part. The only issue I've had so far is that the fire alarm in our living room beeps consistently every 3 minutes. We've changed the batteries and nothing has happened, we even had a UVT employee come in while we were away to check it out and fix it, yet it still beeps.
I love my apartment! The view is amazing and the rooms are great! No cap on utilities and the nice large living room make living here worth it.
i just got charged a late fee for rent I paid because your payment systems are poor and then got an email saying I have to pay it today? now i have to miss important school related things to figure it out, and no one even thought to call me?
good living environment but i have not got the gift card that was promised when i signed the contract. i hope that i could get the gift card soon .
The prices are much cheaper than the on-campus housing at UCR. The bedrooms are bigger, and some have private bathrooms. The walls are thicker too, so dormmates being loud isn't as big a problem.
The University Village Towers offers great service to their tenants. They have a wide variety of activities that they promote and allow tenants to take part of. Living at the University Village Towers is an opportunity you do not want to miss out on during your years in college.
Living here is a wonderful experience. It's close to the University Village Center which makes it convenient to grab a bite to eat or watch a movie. It's also very close to UCR and there is no problem with walking to school.
I have been living here for over a year and have been satisfied with everything provided by the University Village Towers and enjoy the many food options nearby
Honestly, It's not that bad living here. Its extremely convenient, but it does cost a little extra than most places. They make up for it by providing a shuttle, free parking, and no utilities.
The place has a lot of problems with it from washing and drying times to small rooms. Overall I am satisfied with living here, but the price does not equal up to the things it has to offer.
Very convenient, unlimited utilities are great, as well as the shuttle service. However I wish all the apartments were all the same. Is slightly unfair that some people have bigger rooms with restrooms inside their rooms and others don't, and some kitchens have pantries as well.
My experience at UV Towers has been great so far. No complaints besides the laundry system. It is very annoying and time consuming. Otherwise it has been pleasant.
The rooms where the restrooms are inside the rooms are spacious. The kitchen, living room, and dining table are quite unsanitary though. There was grease and oil stains on the stove top and the counters were sticky to the touch.
The people who work here are really friendly and helpful. The screen on my window had a huge hole in it so I reported it to the maintenance and they were really quick to fix it. Overall, I like it here and would recommend it to any student looking for a place to live.
I truly enjoy living at the University Towers. I am a second year and the transition from the dorms to this apartment has been nothing but the best decision I've made. It has very good accommodations and the fact that it comes fully furnished just makes it that much better. Highly recommend to anyone deciding on where to live.
New tenant and student here in riverside and so far enjoying my stay in university village towers, it's really close to a lot of stores and school
The unlimited utility cap is pretty nice aswell as all of the amenities. Definitely worth it if you can cop yourself a balcony in your apartment.
Everything is Ok in UV, when I had a sink problem, maintenance came the day after to fix it.
Whenever I have a question, there are always someone at the office that can help me.
I had the worst first three weeks of living here because people took my parking spot every time I left for class. The people in the main office were rude and did not care much for my frustration. I am afraid of parking somewhere further than what is assigned to me because my friends and I have been assaulted at the University Village, so I just want to park and run to my apartment.
living here at the University Village Towers has been a great experience so far. The shuttle service is by far what stands out to me and one of the main reasons why I chose to live here. it gets me to and from class quickly and saves me a lot of time.
My experience here at University Village Towers has been great so far. I really liked how the place is clean, organized, and furnished. Housing is really simple here!
So far i really like the fact that i have my own room. Some certain details i wish were to be fixed, such as the rate in which they fix our things because our fridge doesn't close right and my desk is broken but overall pretty cool.
Clean environment, helpful, easy way of living. They provide fast maintenance services and helpful workers. Free parking is also a huge plus living at UV Towers!
The amenities, room set up, and price are great but safetey, especially in the parking structure, and staff service, efficiency, and kindness are pretty low.
Nicole J. P.
The staff is really friendly and the apartments are okay, but the common areas are sometimes really dirty. Moreover the laundry is not included in the price
Nice. But amenities are a bit far and sometimes a bit of a hassle to get to, i.e. laundry and trash dump. smoke sensitive. No insurance for lock outs outside of office hours.
It has been really chill and cool so far. Could be better by adding t.vs to the apartments. Laundry could be free on weekend n not Wednesday
I love University Village Towers. It's convenient because it's right next to University of California Riverside and it is also very comfortable.
The Internet and UV Towers is the fastest internet I have ever seen.the second thing is it's close from my school and it's surrounded by a lot of restaurants
The apartments are clean and spacious. The staff is very nice and are always willing to help to answer any questions. The shuttle service is also very convenient so the residents don't always have to walk to school.
Better and faster internet. A lot of times the internet drops and stops working without any reason. Television cable gives blurry TV. Stairwell smells.
Very good price for what is offered at the University Village Towers. I like the fact that there is almost always some sort of community bonding.
Great! Starting to get used to living in the apartment and learning to live on my own. I've been getting good exercise from walking to my classes that are now farther away but still motivates me to get up early.
UV Towers isn't bad, I like that I can sign an individual lease for my room and only have to worry about my rent and not rely on my roommates.
I like living in the University Village Towers because they care of you. You will find a swimming pool, jacuzzi, cybercenter, gym, free laundry on Wednesday.... You can enjoy your life in Riverside living here!
Expensive but not too bad. Paying for the ease of not worrying about Bills or appliances. Apartment I'm in was nice but seen some that looked pretty dirty
I have been living here for some time now and it's great. They have a nice, clean environment and the staff is super friendly. They put on amazing events for their residents every so often and they are exceptional. The only thing that could be added is a recycling chute. My roommates and I hoard our water bottles and end up having to find a recycling center nearby instead just putting it all down the trash chute.
I have a nice view, but there is a lot of noise from the freeway when i open my window. It's a good walk from campus but you get to see the riverside life a bit more because of that.
it is a really good place, i like it a lot, the only problem that i found is the laundry day, because it takes too much time to get the card
The staff is hesitant to offer any help or continue following up with matters in regards to administering gift cards. The maintenance staff, on the other hand, exceeds the administrative staff by far.
I think this place is cool and safe. I enjoy how it is right next to the village and all the eating establishments. I would so love living here again.
The staff sucks. Would it kill them to sort the mail out..ill do it for free, it really isn't that hard..The one thing i like about this place is the shuttle service. Room plans are also not the same which is ridiculous. My friends pay the same rate as me and their living room is way larger; this is compensated for kitchen space, but still i don't cook so i'd rather have the larger living room. Square footage of the bedrooms are also not accurate which is even more upsetting. Not to mention that this is dumpy Riverside.. lower the rates and maybe you wouldn't have to worry about filling vacancies and the staff could do their jobs better.
Staff is amazing but as for the cleanliness of the halls and such, it leaves something to be desired. I love all the community events that go on here, but they are always on a Thursday while class is still in session.
The staff is amazing and kind. The building is run down and it's not safe. The parking structure is riddled with car break in's. They offer free laundry on Wednesday... The dryers/washers are always out or there are signs posted saying "out of order/ not enough money..etc". The walls are paper thin. The fitness center has equipment that looks like a joke. The machines are run down and half the pieces are missing. I would not want to renew my lease here. But the staff is great!
The complex seems to always be clean and in good repair. I run into employees throughout the apartments doing all kinds of work. The employees are very helpful and pleasant.
good job done here. I live here for 3 months already and everything is nice, can't believe that I was so lucky to find a good place to live.
Most of the things are ok but sometimes the front desk people's attitudes should improve. In addition, it takes too long to wait for the people to come to help us use the free laundry.
UVT is doing well for what they can do. I find that on a day to day basis, there isn't much help needed from UVT other than mail. But I guess not needing anything means they're doing well!
Overall condition of the room was good apart from some minor things that needed fixing.
Maintenance requests were fast however a few of the requests were ignored.
Uv tower is my first home in riverside and so fAr its been a pleasant experience. The apartment complex is decent size and there are 8 floors
So far it's been really good living here. The staff is really nice and I adore my roommates. I haven't had any issues with people too loud yet, so that's a plus.
I love how the apartment is setup for paying rent, and the way they put me with some random roommates are awesome. Also, furnished room is very easy to access.
Very friendly people.
Big bedrooms, clean kitchen.
Next to University Village with a lot of shops, starbucks, restaurants,
its great and i love living here. The UV towers isnt expensive and provides the best accomodations for a college student in the city of riverside.
The office is a little too busy at times. When you call up, you can't expect to have your call picked up during the "rush hours." However. My experience has been fine so far.. I really have no complaints yet.
University Village towers has nice socials. Would be great to get more deals around the university village. I would like the laundry facilities to be more well-kept, and free laundry on any day of the week rather than just Weds because I can't make that
Been great so far! Really liking the shuttle service it is extremely convenient. It is also extremely convenient living near the UV because of the easily accessible food.
So far it was great. N the shuttle was very convinience for the residents. The neighbor was a bit noise. Roommates is wonderful. Close to the theater. Many restaurants here.
I started living at University Village Towers since my first year of college and I loved it so much that I decided to stay another year here.
Waiting too long for free laundry service on Wednesdays. Waited at least for 20 minutes. Staff is friendly. I really like the shuttle service.
I have been here for four weeks. I really like their pool and bbq area with music all the day. I also love the gym and the cinema. Good people and facilities!
I've had a good experience so far at University Village Towers. The application and move-in process went smoothly and I was placed in a unit with people of similar interests.
So far so good. I love having my own room and the staff is friendly to me every time I have questions or go pick up my mail. Keep up the good work.
Very good facilities but they aren't always operational or up to par. It is also sometimes difficult to actually stay up to date or get information about what is happening such as when there will be elevator maintenance.
Very nice and helpful staff. Very helpful and easy to communicate with. Would recommend to people. Enjoyed the pool and pool table and gym option.
University Village Towers is a great apartment complex, despite some minor issues with some of the rooms. Looking forward to spending my second year of college here!
so far my experience is pretty good and the apartment is nice. Some people complain about the cleanliness of the rooms but I think we got lucky cause ours is fine
There should be a way to choose your roommates. I feel like there's a disconnect between my roommates and i.. Maybe have short descriptions of them available during the leasing process
It's great living here! Having privacy is amazing, and having all utilities included with the rent is perfect and cheap. Also, having the furniture and appliances already available is a major plus! Especially loving the free shuttle to and from UCR!
What I like about living here at the UV Towers is they have awesome CA's and they help you with whatever the issue is. I also like living here because since Im a student at UCR, they have a shuttle that takes you to campus because I dont like to do a lot of walking and they have food places, the theater and a CHASE bank so everything I need to do is nearby, so if you are a UCR student or a transfer you guys should check out UV Towers, highly recommended and its overall a great place to live
great everything is great everything is great everything is great everything is great everything is great everything is great everything is great everything is great
I currently live here and I've loved it so far. The walking distance from UVT to UCR is only 15 min, University Village is right next to the apartment complex, utilities are not capped, and maintenance is always at my apartment within 5-10 minutes of my call. I will miss this place on moving day.
Last year, I was highly disappointed by their internet service. However, after they fixed internet, everything looked better than before. great!
Heating & Cooling unit broke down multiple times but was always fixed, friendly staff and apartments feel like home. Enjoyed the pool and pool table and gym as well.
-living conditions are livable.
-really depends on your roommates
-services are great
-staff is friendly
-rooms are clean
Ill say the experience has been really good. the environment is good and also a lot of activity for resident to attend. Also like the speedy internet now
Like that the rooms have their own bathrooms and the maintenance people really work fast to get things done. Sometimes things don't work primarily in the bathroom and it gets kind of annoying at times.
It is a nice place to live because it is furnished. I like how utilities are included in the apartment. It is close to campus and close to eating places.
The UV Towers is better than Grand Marc in my opinion. They have better staffs here. Very helpful and easy to communicate with. Would recommend to people.
Not very good in some areas. For example, not very good at taking care of long time residents and they seem to care more about money than actually helping people.
This apartment is really good! It concludes everything! Furniture, wifi, utilities, air-conditioner, etc. You don't need to worry about anything!
Everything is pretty solid. A few complaints come from all the maintenance that occurred this year, but they were all fixed quickly. The internet is much better than what it was in the fall of 2013.
UV Towers has super friendly and helpful staff and always hosts great events to help get residents to get together and have fun. I really love it here at UVT.
